Iguazu Falls

Description: Iguazu Falls is a system of around 275 cascades stretching nearly three kilometers through subtropical jungle on the Argentina Brazil border, centered on the Devil's Throat. Argentina side Holds most cascades and the walkways: the upper and lower circuits, plus the catwalk out over the Devil's Throat, reached by the park train (runs during opening hours). The catwalk sometimes closes during high water, so check conditions before you go. The Gran Aventura boat ride goes under the bigger falls (age/health restrictions apply). You can stay inside the park and walk from the hotel to the lower circuit trails. Brazil side Holds the panorama: the full sweep in one view. The Macuco Safari boat ride offers a drier option and takes all ages. Staying inside the park gives you the trail before it opens, while viewpoints are quiet.
